Houston photography locations
There are a few different locations that I like to use for photo sessions. All of these locations are either in Houston are in the west Houston/ Katy area. Each of these locations have a unique look that is a beautiful backdrop for photo sessions.
Location 1: If you’re wanting a simple, classic looks with tall trees and nice lighting this is a great location. There’s also a pathway and bridge that add some variety.
Location 2: I get a lot of requests for this location. The crepe myrtle trees are beautiful when they’re blooming, and even when they’re not blooming it’s still a beautiful spot. This location works great for either an early morning or sunset session.
Location 3: This is a popular spot in Houston that works great for family or maternity sessions. The tall trees and brick pathway are a beautiful backdrop for pictures, and the sun peaks through the trees at sunset sessions to give that beautiful backlighting that I love for pictures.
Brittany Avenue Photography is a Houston family photographer that specializes in photographing maternity, newborn, babies and families.
Newborn sessions take place in my client’s home or in my natural light studio. All other sessions take place at my client’s home, outdoors or my studio. For in home sessions, I travel throughout the Houston area, including The Heights, Montrose, West University, River Oaks, Garden Oaks, Oak Forest, Katy, SugarLand, Richmond, Cypress, Spring and The Woodlands.
Scheduling update: I’m currently booking newborn sessions through April 2022. I just have a couple of spots left for 2021 and my schedule is filling up for 2022, so please contact me soon if you’re considering a newborn session. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have and send a sample gallery over to give you an idea of what to expect for a session.
